Please join me in co-sponsoring a resolution designating March 1, 2017, as "St. David's Day" to honor the many Pennsylvanians of Welsh heritage. St. David is the patron saint of Wales, and March 1 is the Welsh National Holiday, celebrated by Welshmen around the world. Thank you for your consideration.
