Subject: ​Legalizing Out-of-State Purchase of Beer, Wine, and Liquor
 
I plan to introduce legislation which will allow Pennsylvania residents to purchase beer, wine, and liquor outside of the Commonwealth and bring those purchases home without fear of criminal prosecution.

This legislation will also allow Pennsylvania residents to be reimbursed by friends or family members for an alcohol purchase made outside of Pennsylvania, with appropriate limitations.

Residents will be required to pay all applicable Pennsylvania taxes on their purchases.
