Subject: Amendments to the Lottery Law
 
Please join me in cosponsoring amendments to the Lottery Law. With recent discussions over expansion or privatization of the Lottery, there was interest in clarifying the Lottery Law regarding expansion of games and places where keno or other permitted games would be played.

This legislation would authorize Keno as a narrowly defined and regulated lottery game. Secondly it would prohibit any internet or monitor based game used by the Lottery or a subcontractor from being interactive or simulating casino style games including video poker, slot machines, video roulette and video blackjack.
