Subject: Allowing for the Death Penalty or Chemical Castration of Child Rapists
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that would provide for the death penalty or chemical castration for certain child sexual offenders.

As stated in a similar bill, that is now law in Florida, “Such crimes destroy the innocence of a young child and violate all standards of decency held by civilized society.”  I believe Pennsylvania should follow suit and allow for the death penalty or chemical castration for those who commit these heinous crimes.
