Subject: Fish & Boat Right to Know Legislation
 
I will soon be introducing legislation that would amend the Right to Know Law to allow the request of records created by the Fish and Boat Commission noncriminal investigations. The Commission has an unusually broad authority to levy significant fines, and requiring that the Commission’s noncriminal investigatory records be subject to public request would help ensure that the Commission is acting appropriately. Please join me in co-sponsoring this legislation.
