Subject: Benefit Transfer Device Fraud
 

I am reintroducing former HB 915 in the 2023-2024 regular legislative session.

This legislation amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and outlines benefit transfer device fraud offenses and grading for unauthorized use of ACCESS cards.
