Subject: End Executive Tyranny Act
 
Soon I will be introducing legislation to update the Disease Prevention and Control Act of 1955 to ensure state government never allows executive tyranny again.

This legislation will:
  • Ensure non-contagious individuals will never need to quarantine, again.
  • Businesses will never be shut down, again.
  • Professional licenses and business licenses will never be held hostage, again.
  • Any infractions which occurred by a professional license or business during 2020 and 2021, related to the COVID-19 emergency, will be expunged from the licensee’s record.

I hope you will join me in this commonsense legislation to ensure we do not repeat failed policies of the past.
