Subject: COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution
I will be introducing legislation that will reverse the unilateral decision by the Department of Health to limit the number of COVID-19 vaccinators throughout the Commonwealth.

My legislation would require the DOH to provide COVID-19 vaccines to all eligible providers that had previously been accepted into the COVID-19 program. As we have heard, these providers were stripped of their vaccine allocation with little to no warning due to policy changes by the Department.

Additionally, this legislation would not apply to providers that were removed for a specific cause.

Please join me in cosponsoring this legislation.

Introduced as HB1164
