Subject:	PA Corporate Tax Return Due Date

In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that would change the due date of PA corporate tax returns from 30 days after the due date of the federal return, to the 15th day of the month following the due date of the federal return.    This change is technical in nature and will create more predictability and eliminate confusion for corporate taxpayers.
