Subject:	Protecting Taxpayers and Livelihoods

Recently, Gov. Wolf vetoed COVID-19 Civil Immunity Protections which would have provided stability to business, non-profits, and governmental entities. In light of this, I am reintroducing HB 2352 as it passed the House State Government Committee last session. This legislation will combine a State False Claims Act to provide a whislteblower, anti-fraud program in the Commonwealth to deter and recover fraud dollars as well as Civil Liability protections from COVID-19 lawsuits if entities follow PA DOH and CDC guidelines. Combined, these policies will build a foundation to protect taxpayers and livelihoods. Please join me and cosponsor this legislation.
