House Co-Sponsorship Memoranda

In the near future I will be introducing a resolution to honor educators who went above and beyond during the COVID-19 health crisis.

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the educational process has completely changed requiring educators to adapt to new ways of teaching and interacting with their students.  

 

Throughout this pandemic, educational support professionals played a critical role in supporting not only students, but their parents and family members to meet their needs during the shutdown in the spring.  This includes their continued important role of reporting suspected child abuse when children were home and not being seen on a daily basis.  Educators will play a critical role to ensure a safe return for the upcoming school year.  

 

Please join me in honoring the educators in this Commonwealth for their heroic efforts during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
