Subject: COVID19 Expansion of Licensed Premise Outdoors to non-contiguous areas
 
In the near furture, I will be introducing legislation that will allow licensees to expand their licensed premise outdoors to non-contiguous areas within 150 feet of their property.

Because of the state of emergency declared by the Governor and limiting indoor seating for taverns, bars, restaurants and clubs, increasing the square footage of outdoor space available will help them to recoup some of the income they are losing.
