Subject: Grants for Wineries, Distilleries and Breweries
 
The  COVID-19 pandemic has left many  Commonwealth breweries, distilleries and wineries with empty seats due to the need to limit occupancy and ensure social distancing.  To help the industry survive these limitations I am introducing a bill which will provide grants to Pennsylvania’s beer, liquor and wine manufacturers that provide service for on premise.  The bill will use funding from the CARES Act to provide grants to assist in bolstering these family owned small businesses during this devastating time.  

Our local breweries, distilleries and wineries are a sense of pride to the communities they reside. They are employers, community supporters and places to bring people together.  Please join me in supporting our PA manufacturers and saving jobs.
