Subject:	Plymouth Drainage Easement

In order to assist the constituents within my district, I am calling on the General Assembly to authorize the transfer of land at the Plymouth Readiness Center within Plymouth Borough. This transfer would create and allow the use of a stormwater drainage channel which would collect and discharge runoff into Coalbrook creek and reduce the risk of flooding for multiple property owners. I kindly ask for your support for this legislation.
