Subject:	Repeal of Obsolete Anthracite Coal Tax Statute (Act 225 or 1921)

Please join me as a cosponsor of legislation to repeal Act 225 of 1921, which imposed a tax on anthracite coal prepared for market in this Commonwealth. The statue is obsolete and tax on anthracite coal has been imposed since May 31, 1931. I look forward to working with you on this important legislation.
