Subject: Extending Whistleblower Protection to all Judicial Branch Employees
 
Providing protections to employees who would call out waste, fraud, and abuse is vital to providing checks and balances in our government. As you may know, the scope of protections in the Commonwealth’s Whistleblower Law (Act 196 of 1986) was expanded in 2014. However, it remains vague as to whether or not Judiciary Branch employees are truly covered. I believe we should comprehensively include all of the Commonwealth’s judicial system as a public body under the Whistleblower Law.

I hope that you will join with me and show your support for all whistleblowers by co-sponsoring this important legislation.
