Subject: Professional Licensees Illegal Employment Act
In the near future, I plan to re-introduce legislation (former HB 1018) that would create the Professional Licensees Illegal Employment Act.

This act would require any departmental or administrative board under the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs to revoke the license of any individual or business who knowingly hires an unauthorized alien in connection with the profession in which the licensee is licensed or any business activity related to the licensed profession.

Please consider becoming a co-sponsor of this legislation. Thank you.

Former Cosponsors: Irvin, Burns, Millard, Everett, Metcalfe, Roae, Cox and DeLuca

Introduced as HB84
