Subject: Employee Stock Ownership Plans
 
In the near future I will be introducing legislation that would amend the Tax Reform Code of 1971 to apply certain provisions of the Internal Revenue Code permitting the deferral of taxation on a lump sum distribution from the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) of a company.
