Subject:	Rights of Patients Receiving Mental Health Care to be Free from Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation

In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation amending the Mental Health Procedures Act to protect the rights of Pennsylvanians receiving mental health care. This Bill will state that persons in treatment have a right to be free from abuse, neglect and exploitation. I urge you to join me in co-sponsoring this needed piece of legislation.
