Subject: Pulmonary Rehabilitation Week -- March 12-18, 2017
 
In the near future, I will be sponsoring a resolution designating the week of March 12 through 18, 2017, as “Pulmonary Rehabilitation Week” in Pennsylvania.

Pulmonary disease is one of the leading causes of death in this Commonwealth and in our nation. Pulmonary rehabilitation is a broad program that helps those with chronic breathing problems improve their quality of life and overall well-being.

Please join me in sponsoring this resolution recognizing the dedicated professionals who promote the dissemination of information about pulmonary disease, its prevention and rehabilitation.
