Subject: Navigation Commission for the Delaware River and its Navigable Tributaries - Increase of River Pilots License Fee
 
In the near future I plan to introduce legislation that would permit the Navigation Commission for the Delaware River and its Navigable Tributaries to increase fees for the issuance of original and renewed pilots licenses to $400.00 annually with a not to exceed cap of $525.00 annually. The fee increase is necessary to allow the Commission to remain self-funded.
