Subject: Co-Sponsor Memo- Officer Dennis McNamara Memorial Highway
 



In the near future, I will introduce legislation to honor Officer Dennis McNamara.

The bill will designate a portion of State Route 2005 in Drexel Hill, Delaware County as the Officer Dennis McNamara Memorial Highway.

Officer McNamara served in the US Air Force from February 1981 to February 1987. He joined the Upper Darby Police Force in July 1993 where he served for eight years. Officer McNamara was fatally wounded in the line of duty on January 30, 2002.

Please join me in sponsoring this important piece of legislation in order to honor a fallen soldier.
