MEMORANDUM

Posted: September 22, 2015 12:19 PM
From: Representative Thomas P. Murt
To: All House members
Subject: PFC Paul T. Wright Memorial Highway Designation

“The willingness of America’s veterans to sacrifice for our country has earned them our lasting gratitude.”
……Jeff Miller

In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that will designate the portion of Blair Mill Road, between Easton and Horsham Roads, Montgomery County, as the Private First Class Paul T. Wright Memorial Highway.

PFC Wright was a resident of Willow Grove and a graduate of Upper Moreland High School. He was killed by an explosive in the Quang Ngai Province, South Vietnam on April 3, 1968 at 20 years of age. He has never been recognized by our community for his sacrifice. This recognition is long overdue.

Please join me in co-sponsorship to honor a young man who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Introduced as HB1597
