Subject: | Corporal Jonathan Dean Faircloth Memorial Bridge |
In the near future, I will introduce legislation to honor Corporal Jonathan Dean Faircloth. The bill will designate a bridge on a portion of U.S. Route 15, over S.R. 114, in Cumberland County as the Corporal Jonathan Dean Faircloth Memorial Bridge. Corporal Faircloth was born in York, and graduated from Mechanicsburg Area High School in 2006. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 2006 and was deployed to Iraq in 2008 and again to Afghanistan in 2010. Corporal Jonathan Dean Faircloth was tragically killed during training maneuvers at Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay in Hawaii in 2011. Please join me in sponsoring this important piece of legislation. |
