Subject: Auctioneer Licensing and Trading Assistant Registration Act (Former HB325)
 
In the near future, I will be re-introducing former HB325, that will amend the Auctioneer Licensing and Trading Assistant Registration Act. This legislation will eliminate confusion and will update the law to better oversee modern business practices and arrangements now common in the auction profession. These changes continue the many consumer protectIons in the existing law and enable better enforcement of the law as a result of eliminating inconsistencies and clarifying definitions.
