Session of 2013 - 2014 Regular Session

MEMORANDUM

Posted: December 11, 2012 02:28 PM
From: Representative John D. Payne
To: All House members
Subject: Co-Sponsorship - Social Security Numbers on Forms

I plan to re-introduce legislation from last Session, House Bill 147, which would create the Social Security Number Prohibition Act to prohibit a persons full social security number from being required on any state form, except those used for tax collection or as required by Federal law or regulation. The last four (4) digits shall be required on any other state form.

Introduced as HB292
