Subject: Former HB 2436 - Second-Class Townships Application Fees
 
In the near future, I will be reintroducing legislation that would allow second-class townships to collect a fee for the actual costs related to the management of permitted transportation or utility construction activities on township roads. Current law limits the fee to less than the total actual costs.
