Subject: Resolution-Youth and Government Day
 
I'm introducing a resolution designating April 19, 2013 as "Pennsylvania YMCA Youth and Government Day" in Pennsylvania.

The YMCA Y&G Program is designed to encourage civic engagement by teaching the core principles of democracy. It organizes Y&G clubs throughout this Commonwealth in collaboration with local high scdhool and branch YMCAs, coordinated at the State level.
