Subject: Board of Trustees - State-related Institutions
 
Good afternoon:

In the near future, I will be introducing legislation that would provide for nonvoting membership status for certain members of the boards of trustees of the state-related institutions.

My legislation would give nonvoting membership status to those who hold the position of Governor, an appointee of the Governor or the administrative head or representative of a department under the jurisdiction of the Governor.
