Subject: Co-Sponsorship: Powers of the 2nd Class County Port Authority Act
 
When we return for Session, I will be re-introducing House Bill 1304 (2011-12 Session) dealing with the composition of the Board of Directors under the Second Class County Port Authority Act (as amended June 13, 2012 (P.L. 619, No.61). While some minor changes were made last Session, my legislation goes into more detail in the composition of, and dealing with vacancies, of the Board of Directors.
