Subject: Act 537 - Requiring Notice to Affected Property Owners
 
I will be reintroducing legislation to require municipalities who are contemplating changes to their ACT 537 Sewage Facilities Plan, by requiring public sewers of residents to provide notice by certified mail to potentially affected property owners at least 30 days prior to the public hearing required by Act 537.
