Subject: Resolution Recognizing May 2023 as the 50th Anniversary of PHFA
 
In the near future, we will be introducing a resolution to recognize May 2023 as the 50th Anniversary of Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, PHFA.
 
The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency was created by legislative statute in 1972 to expand affordable housing opportunities for Pennsylvania residents. PHFA works to provide affordable housing options for seniors, low- and moderate-income families, and people with special housing needs. PHFA has provided affordable home loans helping hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvanians ready for the responsibility and advantages of homeownership.
 
Please join us in co-sponsoring this resolution to celebrate this important agency and its efforts to help Pennsylvanians achieve the American dream of homeownership.
