Subject: Small Games of Chance Modernization for Charitable Clubs
 
In the near future, we will introduce legislation to update and modernize charitable gaming conducted at social clubs across Pennsylvania. This legislation will be limited only to small games of chance conducted at fraternal, social, and veterans clubs, and will update the types of traditional, paper-based games to include pickboards and progressive pull tabs. The bill also authorizes electronic pull-tabs, which would not be permitted to replicate any type of casino-style games. 
 
This legislation will make administrative updates to the Small Games of Chance Law as well to ease administrative burdens on our local clubs.
