Subject: ​Ensuring Equal Tax Treatment of All Air Freight Companies
 
I plan to introduce legislation which will ensure that all air freight companies are treated equally under Pennsylvania tax law. Currently, the tax code treats companies differently based on ownership structure, a distinction which is not grounded in any logical public policy.

This legislation will be similar to Senate Bill 1430 (printer’s number 2162) from the 2013-14 legislative session.
