Subject: Elimination of COLA for Legislators
 

In January of 2015, I will introduce legislation to eliminate the COLA that Legislators get each year on December 1st. I want to ensure that this COLA will no longer exist in the future. The recently granted 12/01/14 COLA will stay in place but the 12/01/15 COLA and all other December 1st COLA's after that date should be eliminated. This legislation would not impact the judicial branch or executive branch.
