In the near future, I plan to re-introduce the following pieces of employee safety legislation.

Introduced as SB781

Description:

This legislation would amend the Enforcement Officer Disability Benefits Law (Heart and Lung) to extend the benefits to county correctional officers.  This was formerly Senate Bill 854 of last session.  Previous co-sponsors included: BREWSTER, BROWNE , COSTA , FARNESE, FONTANA , SOLOBAY , STACK , TARTAGLIONE and WASHINGTON.
