The Committee on Ethics may receive complaints against House Members and House employees alleging unethical conduct under the Legislative Code of Ethics or the Rules of the House and complaints against Members and officers of the House for violations of Rule 2.1 E regarding discrimination and harassment.
The Committee on Ethics will accept and review information and take appropriate action concerning allegations within its jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 3E. Pursuant to House Rule 3E, which states in relevant part, that "no person shall disclose or acknowledge to any other person any information relating to the filing of a complaint or the proposed filing of a complaint, except as otherwise authorized under this rule or Rule 2.1 E, for the purpose of seeking legal advice, as otherwise required by law or to carry out a function of the Committee," information related to complaints must remain confidential.
In accordance with the House Rules, you may submit a complaint via regular mail or e-mail using this form.The Complaint must be signed dated and accompanied by a Verification. You may also submit complaints using this form.
