An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in minors, providing for the offense of dissemination of prohibited materials by minors; in criminal history record information, further providing for expungement and for juvenile records; and, in relation to summary offenses, further providing for the scope of the Juvenile Act, for inspection of court files and records and for conduct of hearings.
