L. 1535, No. 537), known as the "Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act," further providing for the Advisory Committee; further providing for the approval of certain plans, for permits, for the powers and duties of local agencies, the certification board, the Environmental Quality Board and the department; and reestablishing the State Board for Certification of Sewage Enforcement Officers pursuant to the Sunset Act.
