An Act authorizing and directing the Department of Justice, with the aproval of the Governor, to accept as partial payment, upon maturity, of a certain Series D Serial Note of the Penn Central Corporation, certain historic railroad engines, railroad cars and associated railroad equipment of historical interest and value, having an appraised value of $1,200,000 presently located at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg, Pennsylvania, and providing for the custody of such engines, cars and equipment.
