Short Title:

An Act making appropriations to the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency to provide scholarships and educational assistance grants, to provide funds for lender participation incentives, to provide funds for the purpose of assisting approved institutions of higher learning in securing Federal funds for financial aid to students, and to administer the agency and otherwise carry out the provisions of the act of August 7, 1963 (P. L. 549) and the act of January 25, 1966 (P. L. 1546).
