An Act amending the act of July 13, 1988 (P. L. , No. 17A), entitled "A supplement to the act of July 7, 1972 (P. L. 743, No. 176), known as the 'Lincoln University--Commonwealth Act,' making appropriations for carrying the same into effect; providing for a basis for payments of such appropriations; and providing a method of accounting for the funds appropriated," providing an additional appropriation for the International Affairs Institute.
