A Resolution urging the President of the United States and the Congress of the United States to ensure the incorporation of Federal and State Buy American and Domestic Content clauses in any publicly funded economic stimulus programs to maintain and expand our nation's aging infrastructure, particularly in Pennsylvania where manufacturing is a key driver to the Commonwealth's economy.
