An Act amending Title 24 (Education) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for taxation, attachment and assignment of funds; establishing the Public School Employees' Benefit Board and providing for its powers and duties; requiring a school employee benefits study and evaluation; providing for a Statewide health benefits program for public school employees, for alternative measures for cost reduction and for a retirement health savings plan; and establishing the Public School Employees' Benefit Trust Fund.
