An Act amending the act of June 26, 2001 (P.L.755, No.77), known as the Tobacco Settlement Act, providing for a designated percentage of Master Settlement Agreement funds to be utilized for cancer research facilities; establishing the Pennsylvania Cancer Research Fund; providing for duties of the Department of Health; authorizing an advisory board and providing for its powers and duties.
