An Act amending the act of August 26, 1971 (P.L.351, No.91), known as the State Lottery Law, defining "best price"; and further providing for prescription drug programs generally, for reimbursement, for the Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract Needs Enhancement Tier, for amount of rebate and for excessive pharmaceutical price inflation discount.
