An Act amending the act of December 17, 1981 (P.L.435, No.135), entitled Race Horse Industry Reform Act, providing for the Pennsylvania Standardbred Breeders' Development Fund and for certain gaming devices to operate at racetracks; requiring notice to municipalities of potential nonprimary location sites; imposing additional powers and duties on the State Horse Racing Commission and the State Harness Racing Commission; imposing taxes and licensing fees; creating the State Gaming Device Fund; and making a repeal.
