An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the purposes of the Juvenile Act and for the definition of "delinquent act"; adding definitions for "extended jurisdiction juvenile offender" and "extended jurisdiction juvenile prison"; and providing for extended jurisdiction juvenile offenders.
