An Act amending the act of May 22, 1933 (P.L.853, No.155), entitled The General County Assessment Law, further providing for definitions, for application and construction, for subjects of local taxation, for tax assessors, for triennial and inter-triennial assessments and for revisions and appeals; providing for optional assessment revision process, for quality assessment targets, for administrative review, for appeals to the Board of Assessment Revisions and for appeals to courts of common pleas; and further providing for repeals.
