Short Title:
An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 23 (Domestic Relations) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for sexual offenses and the consequences of committing sexual offenses, for incest, for prostitution and related offenses and for award of custody; further defining "abuse"; further providing for sexual abuse of children and for information relating to prospective child-care personnel; providing for competency of victims or witnesses; and further providing for sentences against infant persons and for intermediate punishment.
